• The main venue will be the Westwood Country Club in Vienna, VA from 6-10p on Saturday October 22, 2016. Here’s the link so you can take a look: www.westwoodcc.com. (And here’s the Google map link: Westwood – enter at the main entrance directly across 123 from Mashie Dr. SE., then follow the signs.)
  
• The ticket price for the main venue is $95 per person if received prior to October 1, and includes 1-2 bar drinks, hors d’oeuvres, a sit-down buffet style dinner, and an open cash bar beyond the included drinks. Parking is ample and convenient. We will have 1960’s background music, two cars from 1966, a running loop of the video from our 20th class reunion, and some “open mic” time for reminiscences and hellos.
• The homecoming game is the evening of Friday 21 (the day before), and is free to all folks 60 and older. (Yes!) We will have a tailgating party reception at 6p before the game and, hopefully, some sort of acknowledgement during half time – details on both to be announced. (The tailgating area will be in the rear parking lot, on the left side as you look at at the building from the front.)
  
• The GCM building tours will begin at 2p, Saturday 22nd, at GCM’s main front entrance.
• If you have a business and would like to be a sponsor (or if you have ideas for other sponsors), or would like to make a personal contribution toward the reunion, please take a look at this page, then let us know.

We have had a strong signup for the reunion during these past five weeks since the first email: The head count (including significant others) is in the 140 range thus far. (See Attendees.) We are shooting for the 150-170 range, so, if you are interested in coming and haven’t already signed up, now’s the time to do it!! Just send us an email as soon as possible and let us know about the main event, the homecoming game, and the GCM tour – including whether you will be bringing a significant other in each case.

We have accounted for 322 of our classmates thus far (as of 22Sep16) , and are still looking for 268. Please take a look at the Classmates list and let us know if you can help track down any of our MIAs! (MIAs are those classmates with no checkmark after their names in the main classmates list.)

Also, if you have kept in touch with any GCM classmates from other years, we encourage you let them know that they will be welcome at our 50th reunion, and should contact us if they are interested in attending. (We already have some signups from other years – see the Attendees page.)

In addition to classmates, we have also located and contacted a number of 1962-66 era faculty members thus far, and are looking forward to seeing some of them at the reunion, as complimentary guests of the Class of 1966.
